Hotel Policies

Check-In Policy:

At check-in, Texican Court will authorize your credit or debit card for the amount of room and tax plus $50.00 per night for incidentals. Please note banking institutions can take between 3-5 business days to release the funds back to your account. The funds on hold will not be available to you during this time. If using a debit card, please be advised that the hold will directly take place upon your checking account. Please contact your financial institution for further clarification.

Check-in time 3:00 pm and Check-out time 12:00 pm

Age Requirement Minimum check-in age is 21. Valid identification is required at time of check-in.

The hotel offers a limited number of connecting rooms in king to double/double configuration. Requests for connecting rooms must be made in advance, are subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed and, if available, are assigned at check-in. To request a connecting or adjoining room, contact the front desk at the hotel directly prior to arrival day. The hotel will do its best to accommodate these requests, but cannot guarantee them.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date unless otherwise notated on special event dates. If you do not cancel your reservation within the cancellation period stated above, the forfeiture amount will be a 1-night stay plus applicable taxes.

Deposit Policy:

Credit Card required at the time of booking.

Parking Policy:

Self-parking is available for a fee and is based on availability.  All vehicles must register and are subject to parking fees. Valet parking may also be available on certain days/times based on hotel occupancy. The cost for valet parking is $15 daily and $18 overnight, plus taxes and gratuity.

Texican Court is not responsible for door dings, damages caused by fire, storm, flood, theft, vandalism, or trespassing. Texican court is not responsible for loss or damage of any article left in a vehicle. All claims for valet damage must be reported prior to vehicle leaving the property. Texican court is not responsible for injury or damage sustained through equipment failure.  Parking at Texican Court constitutes acceptance and acknowledgment of these terms and conditions.

Shuttle Service:

Texican Court offers a complimentary shuttle service, providing convenient transportation within a 3-mile radius of the hotel. The shuttle operates daily from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.

 

Pet Policy:
  • Texican Court does allow pets in designated pet-friendly rooms and designated public areas.  Pet fee and waiver are required at check-in.
  • What is the pet fee?
    • The pet fee is $75 per pet, non-refundable.
  • Number of pets allowed?
    Two pets maximum are allowed.
  • Are there any weight or breed limits?
    Yes, the weight limit is 70 pounds per pet.
  • Service animals are welcome. We follow the ADA's definition of a Service Animal: an animal specifically trained to perform a task for a disabled person. Disabilities include physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disabilities. 
  • Please note: Emotional Support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA, and are subject to pet fees and waivers at check-in.

    *Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.

    Reservation is guaranteed for late arrival. In the event the guest fails to check in to the hotel without canceling the reservation by 6:00pm, 48-hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, one night's room and tax will be charged.

    Are there any additional fees at Texican Court?

    Yes, there is a state cost recovery fee of $4.75 per room, per night, and a destination fee of $18 per room, per night.

    What is included in the $18 Nightly Destination Fee at Texican Court?

    • $18 credit that can be used toward dining at Two Mules Cantina, Salt Tequila Bar, and In-Room Dining.
    • High-speed Wi-Fi and 24-hour gym access.
    • Complimentary Shuttle Service within a 3-mile radius.
    • Concierge Service provided by the Texican Court Front Desk.

    Smoking Policy:

    Our hotel is 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be assessed for any guest room where smoking is found to have occurred.
